Online Purchase
We regret that your online purchase did not meet your expectations. To begin the return process, please contact us at info@yjalchic.com within 48 hours of receiving your dress.
Upon contacting us, we will provide you with the return address. Once you have received our confirmation email approving the return, you must arrange to ship the dress back to us using a trackable method via Australia Post within 24 hours.
Please note that the cost of return shipping, as well as any priority production or rush fees paid, will not be reimbursed.
To ensure your item is eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving your dress.
- The dress must be purchased at full price. Sale items discounted due to defects or discontinuation are not eligible for return or exchange.
- The dress must be in its original condition, with all original tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once shipped, you must provide tracking information to YJAL CHIC. Using a reliable, trackable method is crucial as YJAL CHIC is not responsible for items lost during shipping.
Upon receiving your returned dress within the stipulated time frame, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If we determine that the above conditions have not been met, the return will be rejected, and the dress will be sent back to you without issuing credit.
If the return is approved, YJALCHIC will issue you store credit. Shipping fees and rush/priority handling fees will not be deducted. This store credit is non-transferable and can only be used for a subsequent purchase of equal or greater value.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges follow the same standards outlined above and can only be made for dresses of equivalent value.
Store Purchase
For in-store purchases, all sales are final once the garment has been tried on and confirmed to fit. As the garment has been worn and fitted to your body, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with the fit and style before completing your purchase.
Custom Products
For custom products, full payment is required at the time of order placement. This payment is non-refundable once the order is confirmed. The final price will depend on the complexity and cost of the garment.
Please note that due to the personalized nature of custom products, returns or exchanges are not permitted once the order is confirmed and production has begun. We encourage you to communicate any specific requirements or concerns before confirming the order.
